your house is only as strong as its foundation and unfortunately, a foundation problem will never improve on its own. we use high pressure polyurethane injection to repair foundations and our work is guaranteed for 10 years.​​​

frequently asked questions:

why do foundations crack? foundations crack because of settlement, shrinkage or an external force was applied to the foundation.

i have a crack in my foundation - what do i do? don’t panic, you’ve come to the right place. cracks are fixable and most are not anything to worry about from a structural perspective. our main concern is to keep water out of your house.

how do you fix a crack in my foundation? we normally only have to fix cracks once, and we fix them from the inside of your house by high pressure polyurethane injection. this treatment repair will be good for the life of the structure.

what's the difference between a horizontal crack and a vertical crack? a vertical crack is caused by a shifting in the foundation along the length of the footing. a horizontal crack is usually caused by a lateral force on an outside wall. both are fixable.

i have water coming through the crack into my house - should i be worried? yes. water is a major concern and will damage interior finishes, induce mould growth and potentially affect air quality throughout the house. if you discover water leaking through a crack in your foundation, clean the water up, contain it and call us.
